An easy paleo dark chocolate pudding recipe made with avocados that tastes great. It's a tasty way to sneak in some healthy fat into the diet.

  • Cut avocados in half, remove pit, then scrape the flesh out with a spoon and put in food processor. Add the remaining ingredients.
  • Process together until ingredients are well combined and there are no more avocado lumps.
  • Divide into four dessert dishes, cover and refrigerate.



Use dark cocoa for the best results. It has a much bolder chocolate taste that is enhanced even more when espresso powder is added.
