Ingredients

  • oil for frying
  • 1 pound hamburger meat
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 ounces frozen cut green beans
  • ½ cup sliced water chestnuts optional, drained
  • soy sauce tamari, or coconut aminos

Instructions

  • Brown meat in skillet with garlic.
  • Add about 8 ounces of frozen green beans along with water chestnuts (these can add a bit more carbs).
  • Sprinkle soy sauce to taste. Continue to cook and stir until heated through.
