  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 medium yellow squash
  • 1 medium tomato , chopped
  • 1 medium green or red pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce


  • Brown hamburger in skillet with garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in vegetables and soy sauce. Continue cooking on low heat about 20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
