A delicious chicken divan without the extra carbs. This low carb chicken and broccoli recipe is a baked dish with a Parmesan cheese sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb broccoli cooked
  • lb chicken raw, cut in cubes
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 3 Tablespoons white cooking wine
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon curry powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sage
  • ¼ teaspoon thyme
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place chicken and broccoli in 9×13 baking pan.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl then pour over chicken and broccoli. Or, just mix the remaining ingredients right in the baking pan with chicken and broccoli.
  • Stir all ingredients well then spread evenly in pan.
  • Bake 25 minutes.
