  • 1 package dry riced cauliflower or riced broccoli
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in large pan.
  • Bring to gentle boil and then reduce heat to simmer.
  • Simmer until all water is absorbed (about 15 minutes). Serve with butter, salt, and pepper. Or, add to your favorite recipe.
