It's so easy to make homemade Alfredo sauce! Simply cook all the ingredients in a saucepan then serve.

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • dash ground black pepper


  • Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Saut√© garlic in hot butter until fragrant. 
  • Blend in remaining ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes or until sauce has thickened.



Sauce will thicken as it cools and will become very thick if stored in the refrigerator. Simply heat the sauce up for it to be pourable.
