Ingredients

  • 10 ounces strong tea
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 1 tablespoon canned coconut milk or butter or ghee
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a tall mug.
  • Blend with a milk frother. Alternately, you can blend together in a blender.
