A low carb alternative to rice that doesn't involve cauliflower. This riced cabbage dish is perfect as a side dish or a healthy meatless meal.

Heat ghee in skillet until melted and hot. Stir in turmeric, curry, garlic, salt, and ground black pepper.
Add riced cabbage and stir until it's well coated with the ghee mixture. Place lid on top and allow to simmer on medium for ten minutes.
Cabbage should be nice and tender. If not continue cooking a little longer.
To save time, a bag of shredded cabbage can be used instead of grating a head of cabbage. For smaller rice like pieces, simply pulse the shredded cabbage in a food processor.
