Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

Cheesy ground mini meatloaves are sure to be a hit. The best part is that they come pre-portioned with no need for slicing!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 12 muffin tins with coconut oil.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well blended.
Divide meat mixture evenly between the 12 greased muffin tins.
Bake at 350°F for about 55 minutes or until meat is fully cooked and browned.
Worcestershire sauce typically contains gluten. Look for one that is labeled gluten free or make a homemade substitute if you need gluten-free.
Crushed pork rinds can be replaced with about 1/4 cup of coconut flour if desired.
Mozzarella can be replaced with other cheese or cheese blends. Cheddar works well in the recipe.
Chopped onions can be replaced with dried minced onions or onion powder to save prep time.
