These keto cheddar biscuits are the perfect side dish for your seafood spread or dinner. They are delicious, easy to make, and ready in mere minutes!

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Add the mozzarella and cream cheeses to a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds at a time until the cheeses are melted and combined well.
Place the cheese dough into a mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients. Beat on high until well combined.
Wet your hands slightly and form the dough into 8 evenly sized balls. Flatten them slightly with the palm of your hands, and place them onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned.
Let cool and serve.
