These keto chocolate cookies are rich, sweet, and filled with sugar-free chocolate chips. They are so good you'll want to make a double batch!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add all of the ingredients except for the baking chips to a mixing bowl, and blend on high until well combined.
Fold the baking chips into the dough mixture.
Form the dough into 16 evenly sized balls, and press flat on a parchment lined baking sheet with your hand.
Bake for 12 minutes.
If you want a richer chocolate flavor, use different dark chocolate sugar-free chocolate chips.
Use a cookie scoop. This makes sure that each cookie is the same size before you bake them.
Dust with powdered sweetener. Not only does it look beautiful, but it tastes amazing too.
