Ingredients

  • 6 ounces assorted deli sliced meats salami, pepperoni, prosciutto
  • 5 ounces assorted sliced deli cheeses
  • 1 wedge of Brie cheese
  • ½ cup baby dill pickles
  • 12 large olives
  • ¼ cup assorted mixed nuts
  • 1 bag parmesan crisps
  • 1 cup whole strawberries
  • ½ cup whole blackberries
  • 5 ounces prosciutto wrapped mozzarella

Instructions

  • Place the mini pickles and olives into two small serving bowls.
  • Add the strawberries and blackberries to two small serving bowls.
  • Slice the prosciutto wrapped mozzarella into spiral slices.
  • Arrange the meats and cheese on a large serving board.
  • Add the pickles, olives and fruit to the platter.
  • Spread out the nuts and parmesan crisps on the platter.
  • Serve immediately.
