This side dish is the perfect thing to serve for dinner - air fryer turnips! Small turnips cook evenly in the air fryer and have a subtly sweet flavor you'll adore.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Add the turnips to a mixing bowl.
Drizzle the turnips with the olive oil.
Sprinkle the seasonings over the turnips.
Toss to combine well.
Place the turnips on your air fryer rack, or onto a greased tray.
Air fryer for 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Grease the air fryer basket. This will prevent the turnips from sticking to the basket and help them become nice and crispy.
Shake the air fryer basket. Halfway through cooking time, turn the turnips over or shake the basket; this helps them roast evenly.
Cut turnip pieces evenly. If they are all the same size, they will roast at the same rate.
