An easy low carb strawberry freezer pops fruit popsicles recipe sweetened with stevia. These sugar free strawberry popsicles can be frozen in bags or molds.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup low carb sugar substitute or other sugar substitute
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cups water

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, heat sweetener and strawberries on medium low until a sauce is formed (about 5-10 minutes).
  • Place warm strawberry sauce and lemon juice in blender until smooth.
  • Combine with water in large bowl.
  • Pour liquid into popsicle molds or freezer pop bags.
  • Freeze until solid.

Nutrition does not include erythritol as it depends on sweetener used. More sweetener may be needed depending on sweetness of strawberries used.
