Crock Pot Zucchini and Yellow Squash

Have an abundance of summer squash in the garden? Try this deliciously seasoned low carb crock pot zucchini and yellow squash casserole. A great side dish!
Place cut zucchini and yellow squash in crock pot.
Sprinkle with pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and sea salt.
Top with butter pieces, cheese, and pork rinds.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
