An easy strawberry dessert recipe that whips up in a blender or mixing bowl. It's super quick to prepare this delicious low carb treat.

Wash strawberries with cold water. Separate leaves. Cut in half.
In a blender or mixing bowl, pour cream, strawberries, sweetener and cream cheese. Blend well, scraping the sides. Continue to blend.
In a cup with gelatin, add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Pour gelatin mixture slowly into strawberry mixture as you whip it together.
Transfer mixture to your serving glasses, leaving about ¼ inches space from the brim.
Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. If you’re in a hurry, place in the freezer for 45 minutes to 1 hour to chill.
Once chilled, sprinkle cocoa powder on top, add chocolate bits, garnish with fresh mint and fresh strawberries.
When serving for Valentine’s Day, add some heart-shaped homemade low carb chocolates.
