Quick and easy lettuce wraps make a perfect keto lunch on the go. Just wrap deli meat, cheese, and veggies in a large lettuce leaf.

Ingredients

  • 1 large lettuce leaf
  • 1 slice provolone cheese or preferred cheese
  • 3 slices Smoked Turkey
  • ¼ small cucumber sliced in thin strips
  • 3 pieces roasted pepper
  • mustard or mayonnaise
  • parchment paper or toothpick optional

Instructions

  • Lay parchment paper down if using. Top lettuce leaf with cheese, turkey, cucumber, roasted pepper, and cucumber.
  • Wrap lettuce leaf around filling and securely wrap with parchment paper to hold it together. If not using the paper, a toothpick can be used instead.
