A simple casserole to enjoy fresh tomatoes from the garden. It's a tasty summer side dish to serve along with grilled meat.

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In an 8x8-inch baking pan, place a layer with ⅓ of the sliced tomatoes.
Spread ⅓ cup of the ranch dressing over the tomatoes then sprinkle with ⅓ cup of each cheese and chopped bacon (if using). Repeat layers 3 times.
Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is hot.
