Crustless Broccoli Cheddar Quiche

Love quiche but not all the empty calories? Try this no crust cheddar quiche with broccoli. It's a super simple dinner idea!
Steam broccoli to crisp tender. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease or spray a pie pan (I used a 9.5-inch).
In large bowl, beat eggs with heavy cream.
Stir in broccoli, cheese, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper into egg mixture.
Pour the mixture into the greased pie pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until browned and fully set.
Be sure not to overcook the broccoli as it should be cooked only until tender. Any broccoli can be used, but we prefer the florets.
While the broccoli is simmering, the egg mixture can be started to save time.
