Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Dip

This quick & easy sweet dip tastes so indulgent. It’s perfect to share with someone special or enjoy all to yourself!
In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the butter and cream cheese until smooth with an electric mixer.
Add the caramel syrup, vanilla extract, and erythritol. Blend with mixer until well combined.
Stir in the dark chocolate chips. Transfer to a serving bowl and keep chilled until ready to serve.
To lessen the taste of the cream cheese, any of the following modifications can be made:
- Add more chocolate chips
- Reduce the amount of cream cheese by 1 ounce and increase the amount of butter by 1 tablespoon
- Replace some of the cream cheese with whipped cream
