  • Place all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  • Beat on high until stiff peaks have formed. Be careful not to over whip the mixture, or it will begin to form butter instead.

Notes

You can replace the sweetener and vanilla extract with 36 drops of Lakanto vanilla monkfruit sweetener or 45 drops of vanilla SweetLeaf Stevia drops.
The flavor can easily be changed by using a flavored liquid sweetener or replacing the vanilla extract with other extract flavors.
The whipped cream can be stored up to 3 days in the refrigerator. If you want to store it longer, just freeze dollops of it on a lined cookie sheet. Then wrap each frozen portion individually in plastic wrap and store them in an airtight container. They will keep up to 2 months in the freezer.
