Combine all of the ingredients for the base recipe into a jar, place the lid on and shake until well combined.
If additional flavoring is required, add it at this time, shake and use as normal.
For vanilla almond: Add ½ teaspoon Almond extract
For pumpkin spice: Add ½ teaspoon Pumpkin spice blend
For chocolate: Add 2-3 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa powder
Experiment with different flavors. Two popular choices are adding either almond or peppermint extract.
Use it to make sugar-free lattes. Before you add the creamer to your coffee, heat ¼ cup of the creamer and then use a milk frother to create some foam. This will make your coffee taste like a latte!
Freeze into ice cubes. When you store and freeze the coffee creamer in an ice cube tray, you can use them to keep your iced coffee cold without worrying about the ice cubes watering your coffee down.
