Add the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese to a bowl that is microwave safe.
Heat for 30 seconds at a time until well combined and completely melted.
Place the cheese dough in a mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients.
Blend the mixture on high until a well combined dough has formed.
Wet your hands slightly, and form the dough into 8 separate rolls.
Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 20 minutes.
Brush the tops with melted butter while still hot.
