Bake warm, flaky, keto dinner rolls with your next dinner! They are super versatile and you can enjoy them with almost every meal.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese to a bowl that is microwave safe.
Heat for 30 seconds at a time until well combined and completely melted.
Place the cheese dough in a mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients.
Blend the mixture on high until a well combined dough has formed.
Wet your hands slightly, and form the dough into 8 separate rolls.
Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 20 minutes.
Brush the tops with melted butter while still hot.
Microwave in short bursts. When you melt the cream cheese and mozzarella, do it in short bursts, stirring really well in between each time.
Use an electric mixer. You can certainly use a wooden spoon, but it will be a lot quicker and easier if you use an electric mixer.
Add melted butter. Use a pastry brush to brush melted butter on top of your rolls instead of spreading with a stick of butter.
