  • Add the ingredients to a mixing bowl, and whisk well to combine.
  • Place ¼ of the batter into the mini waffle maker, and cook to your liking.
  • Repeat step 3 until four chaffles have been made.

Notes

Use a Mini Waffle Maker. To get the best consistency, I suggest cooking them on a mini waffle iron.
Double the recipe. If you need to make more than 4 pieces of keto wonder bread, I suggest doubling the recipe.
Make your own mayonnaise. This is the best way to know exactly what is in it, and homemade mayo is simple to make.
