If you bake this in a 9x5 pan if cutting recipe in half, how long do you suggest to bake?

Love it... but when stored in fridge it solidifies and can't pour it. So I have to leave it out to sit for a couple hours so I can shake and pour... or run the mason jar under hot water if I need it quickly. Does this mean it's going to spoil quickly? Any tips on keeping it from solidyfing?

I always LOVED Colcannon potatoes at the Irish pub I used to frequent, even though I was not a huge potato lover. But THESE ... oh my, these are wonderful! I have made this casserole several times now, it is so easy and tastes amazing! Works well with leftover ham too! I just adore casseroles and this one is going to be on repeat frequently! Thank you so much for your recipes.

I ended up loving this recipe, I tried cooking in oven at recommended time, it wasn't done so I finished up in the air fryer. Bacon did crisp enough but it tasred fantastic! I will definitely cook it again, but air fryer only.

I had good luck with this recipe. I scaled it down, too. I had 1 box of silken tofu, and blended it with 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder (dutch process). I added the equivalent of 3 tablespoons of sweetener. I find it's always best to mix them, so it was part allulose, part stevia and part monkfruit. I added a dash of salt, cinnamon and nutmeg, and 1 Tablespoon of heavy cream for richness. If you want a thicker pudding texture, you can melt sugar free chocolate chips and blend them in. I might add a little espresso powder next time. Thank you for the recipe!

I made these in the air fryer last night. My first bite told me that I forgot the salt but then I realized that the recipe didn’t include it. Very flavorful after I added the salt and the inclusion of all spice was intriguing. Also, I don’t seem to have good results with air fryers. I never get the crispness that others talk about. My food comes out moist. I don’t use a liner and I also use a tray that allows the air to circulate. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I am going to try this recipe again in the oven. Thank you for the recipe!
