					<description><![CDATA[Hi! I made this for thanksgiving and it was fabulous. But, one thing I myself with weird texture issues didn’t love: tiny chewy bits of gelatin. I followed the directions to bloom the grass-fed beef gelatin. I stirred it quite a while after adding the boiling water.  No one else seemed to mind but me. 😕 Any tips? Maybe it wasn’t completely dissolved? About how long does that take? Thank you! I’ve been asked to make it again at Christmas! 🎄]]></description>

I have a sweet tooth but am committed to keeping my blood sugar after getting down below the Type 2 level and it&#039;s my desert on all but one work night a week.  I tried blending in pureed raspberries, but the chocolate overwhelms the taste.  The Walmart I work at only has unsweetened chocolate baking powder, so I have no way to make other flavored and Google was unhelpful.  Any recommendations where to look?]]></description>
