Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar substitute
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Add the pork tenderloin to a large mixing bowl, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle with the olive oil.
  • Place the remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl, and mix with your hands to coat the pork tenderloin well in the seasonings.
  • Put the pork tenderloin into a baking dish or onto a rack, and cook in the air fryer for 25 minutes, or until completely cooked to an internal temperature of at least 145°F.
