Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease a 9x9 baking dish well.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat on the stove.
Add in the shredded chicken.
Mix in the taco seasoning, and stir to combine.
Pour in the salsa and green chilis.
Add the cream cheese to the skillet, and stir until completely melted.
Toss in the cauliflower rice, and stir to combine.
Spread the mixture into the baking dish, and top with the shredded cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove, and garnish with your toppings of choice before serving.
