My spinach frittata recipe is made with 100% keto ingredients for a delicious, macro-friendly meal! This frittata is creamy, savory, and nutrient-dense, packing a ton of healthy spinach into a simple dish.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped fresh spinach and sauté until it wilts, which should take about 2-3 minutes. Remove the spinach from the skillet and let it cool.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
Stir in the crumbled goat cheese, grated fresh Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder into the egg mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
Add the sautéed spinach to the egg mixture and gently fold it in.
Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and add a little oil if needed. Pour the egg and spinach mixture into the skillet.
Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and slightly golden on top.
Once done, remove the frittata from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice it into wedges and serve.
