My spinach frittata recipe is made with 100% keto ingredients for a delicious, macro-friendly meal! This frittata is creamy, savory, and nutrient-dense, packing a ton of healthy spinach into a simple dish.

    - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped fresh spinach and sauté until it wilts, which should take about 2-3 minutes. Remove the spinach from the skillet and let it cool. 
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined. 
- Stir in the crumbled goat cheese, grated fresh Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder into the egg mixture. Mix everything thoroughly. 
- Add the sautéed spinach to the egg mixture and gently fold it in. 
- Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and add a little oil if needed. Pour the egg and spinach mixture into the skillet. 
- Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and slightly golden on top. 
- Once done, remove the frittata from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice it into wedges and serve.

Adjust the cooking time as needed to ensure the frittata is fully set and slightly golden on top.
