This low-carb pizza dip has a creamy, cheesy base topped with all kinds of veggies and meats. Perfect for game day parties or family get-togethers!

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, shredded Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly as the base in the cast iron skillet.
Pour the homemade tomato sauce over the cheese mixture, spreading it evenly.
Layer the toppings, including sliced black olives, pepperoni, cooked Italian sausage, and any other desired ingredients, over the tomato sauce.
Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
Serve the keto pizza dip warm with keto-friendly dippers like cucumber slices, celery sticks, or almond flour crackers.
