  • 8 ounce Season's Choice Frozen Asparagus package
  • 10 slices Appleton Farms Dry-Cured Ham Prosciutto
  • 6 ounces Happy Farms Cream Cheese softened


  • Microwave package of asparagus for one minute on high to thaw.
  • Cut each prosciutto slice in half crosswise.
  • Spread cream cheese onto each half slice of prosciutto.
  • Wrap cream cheese topped prosciutto around each asparagus spear.
  • Place wrapped asparagus onto a parchment paper lined baking pan.
  • Bake at 400°F for about 15 minutes or until meat has browned.
