Cold drinks are a welcome treat during hot summer days. This low carb juice with no sugar added is a refreshing drink to quench thirst and cool down.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups strawberries sliced
  • ¾ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons SweetLeaf stevia drops more or less to taste (equal to about ¾ cup sugar)
  • 5 cups water
  • ice

Instructions

  • Blend strawberries and lime juice in electric blender until smooth.
  • Pour fruit mixture into 2 quart pitcher.
  • Stir in sweetener and water.
  • Add ice to fill pitcher. Serve cold

Notes

Use an electric blender. It's just not possible to make this by hand. You need to puree the strawberries until they combine perfectly with the lime juice.
Save some strawberries and add them to your drink at the very end.
Garnish your drink with fresh slices of lime. It's a beautiful drink that will taste as delicious as it looks.
