Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts cubed
  • 8 ounces can tomato sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • dash pepper
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Place chicken pieces in a 2 quart crockpot.
  • Stir in tomato sauce and spices.
  • Cook on low 3-4 hours. Serve with shredded cheese on top.

The cheese can be added one hour before the time is up. Additional toppings can also be added at this time like mushrooms, pepperoni, and spinach.
