Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts cubed
  • 8 ounces can tomato sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Place chicken pieces in a 2 quart crockpot.
  • Stir in tomato sauce and spices.
  • Cook on low 3-4 hours. Serve with shredded cheese on top.
