Ingredients

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 drops liquid stevia
  • ¼ ounce cilantro
  • ½ cup almond milk or coconut milk beverage
  • 1 medium scallion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
  • Process until smooth. Drizzle over salad and enjoy!
