This chocolate peanut butter bark is sugar-free and low-carb. It has 2g net carbs per serving! A guilt-free way to indulge in chocolate.

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  • Melt milk chocolate and peanut butter baking chips.
  • Spoon melted milk chocolate onto sheet. Flatten out a bit with the back of a spoon.
  • Drop melted peanut butter chips over the milk chocolate. Swirl melted peanut butter chips into melted milk chocolate.
  • Place sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to harden. Then remove and break into pieces.

Notes

Line the baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper before you pour the melted chocolate and peanut butter. This prevents things from sticking.
Before you start swirling them together, flatten the melted chocolate out with the back of a spoon or a knife.
Place the hard chocolate bark in a resealable plastic food storage bag and break it into pieces in the bag. This contains all the bits of chocolate into one bag.
