    On days like this, I like to reach for this really simple 2-ingredient chocolate bark recipe. Knowing that there aren't any net carbs makes them so much more enjoyable!

    It's easier to pass up chocolate candy when you know you have something better! This bark isn't just made with chocolate, it's a chocolate peanut butter delight that tastes just like Reese’s peanut butter cups.

    Light and creamy milk chocolate swirled with salty and nutty peanut butter. It's a flavor combination that will satiate even the wildest chocolate peanut butter cravings.

    The best part is that there are literally just two ingredients in this chocolate peanut butter bark recipe. It could not be any easier!

    ChocZero Milk Chocolate Baking Chips

    I used an entire bag of chocolate chips from ChocZero. If you want it to have a deeper or richer taste, use some dark chocolate chips.

    ChocZero Peanut Butter Baking Chips

    By using peanut butter baking chips, you don't have to worry about whether a type of peanut butter is low in carb or keto-friendly. This takes the guesswork out of it.

    💭 Quick tips

    • Line the baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper before you pour the melted chocolate and peanut butter. This prevents things from sticking.
    • Before you add the peanut butter layer, flatten the melted chocolate out with the back of a spoon or a knife.
    • Place the hard chocolate bark in a resealable plastic food storage bag and break it into pieces in the bag. This contains all the bits of chocolate into one bag.
    • ChocZero baking chips shouldn't need any coconut oil to melt smoothly. But if you use another brand, you may need to add some.

    This chocolate peanut butter bark recipe really is as simple as melting everything, swirling it together, and then letting it harden. Here are some photos and tips about each step - the full recipe is in the printable recipe card at the bottom of this post.

    Melt The Chips Separately

    Melt the chocolate and peanut butter chips in separate bowls. Either use a double boiler or place a glass bowl on top of a saucepan of boiling water.

    If you try to melt the chips in the microwave, do it very slowly - at 10-second intervals - and stir them really well in between each. This will prevent them from burning.

    Pour Melted Chips On A Silicone Baking Mat

    After they are completely melted, pour them on your baking sheet. Add the melted chocolate chips first, and then pour the peanut butter on top of the chocolate.

    Swirl Them Together

    Use a butter knife to swirl the peanut butter and chocolate together in a circular motion. Do not overmix them.

    Break Into Pieces

    Place the swirled chocolate peanut butter mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the bark harden. When they are completely solid, break the bark into smaller pieces.

    What To Eat With Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark

    I like to eat these as a dessert or when I am craving something sweet. If you are setting them out at a party, make these keto chocolate cream cheese truffles with them. They have the same sweet and salty combo and will taste and look perfect together!

    Another snack that is salty and really low in carbs is keto popcorn. It's basically cheese puffs and is the perfect texture to compliment this sweet bark.

    Instructions
