An all natural Shamrock Shake recipe for a festive milkshake to drink on Saint Patrick's Day. Spinach powder gives the green color to this low carb treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 small scoops low carb vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon spinach powder see note
  • 1/8 teaspoon pure mint extract
  • whipped cream optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into blender and mix until well combined. Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Any low carb ice cream can be used. Nutrition information will vary depending on ice cream brand or recipe.
Fresh spinach could be mixed in if you don't have spinach powder or leave this out if green color not desired. You can also use a natural mint green food coloring blend.
