Combine broccoli, bacon, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and onion (if using) in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together avocado mayonnaise, stevia, monk fruit, and vinegar.
Stir mayonnaise based dressing into broccoli mix. Chill several hours before serving.
