A quick dinner idea with only 5 main ingredients. This keto friendly chicken recipe can be made in less than 20 minutes!
Heat oil in pan, stir-fry garlic, pepper, and ginger for 1 minute.
Add chicken and stir fry for about 2 minutes more.
Stir in the coconut aminos (or soy sauce) and salt and stir-fry for 30 seconds more.
For a change of taste, the green bell peppers can be replaced with another vegetable like broccoli.
Leftover cooked turkey slices can be used in place of the chicken.
For added spice, sprinkle on a dash of red pepper flakes.
