Place the chicken breasts into the bottom of a crockpot.
Pour the chicken broth on top.
Sprinkle the garlic and onion powder over the chicken.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Remove the chicken, shred and use for meal prep as needed.

Chicken should easily shred using two forks.
