  • Slice basic quick bread into slices of desired thickness.
  • In pie pan, whisk together eggs, almond milk and vanilla.
  • Slowly whisk in cinnamon.
  • Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture and cook on hot skillet or grill until both sides are browned.
  • Serve with sugar free pancake syrup.
