This almond flour cake is a fluffy and understated dessert that you can serve at any function! Perfectly light and sweet- flavored with vanilla.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl, and beat on high until well combined.
Spread the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
Let cool to room temperature.
Dust the top of the cake with more sugar substitute before serving.
Always preheat the oven. If you don't, the cake won't bake evenly.
Use a toothpick to test if it is done. If the toothpick comes out of the middle of the cake and is clean, the cake is finished baking.
Add your favorite toppings. This is a basic almond flour cake with lots of room for customizing.
