Make these delicious keto croutons for a crunchy addition to your favorite low-carb soups and salads. My crouton recipe makes a filling and satisfying topping without the added carbohydrates! Even better, they add great flavor thanks to the homemade Italian seasoning.

    - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- Cut the pre-made keto bread into small cubes. 
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, and salt. 
- Spread the bread cubes out in a single layer on a baking sheet and drizzle the seasoned olive oil over the top. 
- Toss the bread cubes with the seasoned olive oil until well coated. 
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the croutons are golden brown and crispy. 
- Remove the croutons from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. 
 
- Use the croutons in your favorite keto salad or soup recipe.
- Store the cooled croutons in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. You can also freeze them for up to 2 months. 
- To reheat, simply place them in a 350°F (175°C) oven for a few minutes until they are crispy again.
