Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped jalapenos, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, preferably an oven-safe skillet or a small casserole dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and slightly golden on top.
While the dip is baking, cook the bacon slices until they are crispy. Once cooked, crumble the bacon into small pieces.
When the dip is done baking, remove it from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top.
