In a large skillet, cook bacon until just done, not crispy. Leave in skillet and set aside.
Drain 2 cans of black soy beans. Put into a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blend. Add bean mixture to bacon and cook until warmed throughout.
