Here's a delicious keto chicken cordon bleu casserole that's quick and easy to make. Filled with melted cheese and diced ham, it's the perfect meal solution for your family on busy evenings!

Mix mayonnaise, heavy cream and cream cheese until well combined.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and pepper.
Add in the Swiss cheese , ham, chicken, and chicken broth.
Spread mixture out into a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Top with crushed pork rinds if desired.
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until top begins to brown.
A couple commenters noted that the casserole was watery. The broth is not necessary and can be left out to reduce liquid.
Additional tips:
The swiss cheese will be chopped, but you can use shredded if you have it.
Make sure you cut the chicken breast into strips or use the pre-cooked meat.
Add some plain crushed pork rinds over the top as this gives it the crunchy topping.
