Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
Add noodles, tamari, and seasonings. Serve warm.
Notes
For a more authentic ramen taste, sprinkle in some ginger, garlic powder, onion powder, and nutritional yeast.For a plain soup, feel free to leave out the egg and spinach. However, they give a nutritional boost.
