Crock pot shrimp scampi has to be one of the easiest dishes to prepare. Just dump all the ingredients into the slow cooker, cover, and turn the pot on.

Combine broth, wine, olive oil, butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper (and red pepper flakes if desired) in 2 quart crock pot.
Add shrimp. Cover.
Turn crock pot on desired setting and cook about 1 ½ hours on high or 2 ½ hours on low.
Serve with grated parmesan on top if desired.
